Pete & Kate at VPS went above and beyond to help me get our vacuum pump repaired and back into production, limiting the downtime. Vacuum Pump Services Ltd did a really great job on one of our Stokes 412 that had seized. They repaired and serviced the pump, regularly updated us with progress and then personally dropped it back to us, almost as new. Highly recommend VPS.

I used VPS for the first time recently after taking a punt on a Google search. I had six refrigeration vacuum pumps that had developed various faults and were destined for scrap. The team at VPS gave frank and honest advice from the first telephone contact regarding likely costs and whether they would be economical to repair, also keeping in touch with email correspondence throughout. They prioritised repairs in order to get certain pumps back to my Engineers quickly to enable them to carry out critical repairs.
